The Calendar. One world, two clocks.

The Chain runs on two clocks at once. The real-world clock is yours — auctions, seasons, deposits, the countdown. The in-game clock is the world's own narrative time. They move together during active seasons — and diverge deliberately between chapters. This page is the canonical mapping. If any surface disagrees with this table, this table wins.

REAL WORLD — the operator's clock

Dutch auction Nov 11, 2026 · TGE Nov 22 · Season 0 opens Nov 30. Seasons of 14 days, back to back. The Crack arrives October 2029. Everything you can calendar, invoice, or countdown lives here.

IN-GAME — the world's narrative clock

The Signal is detected in 2028. Chapter 1 is the year the world learns to listen. Then three years of silence — the Long Listen, 2029–2031 — and in December 2031, the quantum break: The Crack. The fiction runs ahead of reality, on purpose — by exactly four years.

The three rules

Why ahead, not synced? A fiction that tracks the present reads as commentary; a fiction set slightly ahead reads as prophecy. When real quantum research converges on our scheduled dates — as it has been doing — the calendar was already there. The fiction scheduled the break; the research is converging on the same window.
